Be it known unto all that Ælfric Þegn of Géring Théod, upon hearing of the Wínland Ríce’s renewal, has reaffirmed the oath that he gave to Gárman Hláford Cyning so many years ago. As is said in the Théodish hold oath, “There is a thing that never dies; the honor of an oath that was truly sworn to and truly borne to between men while they lived.” May the gods speed our Cyning and his Ríce.
